It’s a well known fact that Green Tea is one of the best thing’s that you can drink. It is packed full of anti-oxidants which can improve brain function, instigate fat loss as well as making you feel more relaxed. But, if you’re like me and you CANNOT stand the taste of it, then adding Mint and Lime is the best way to get it into your system.
- Make a cup of green tea and leave it to cool for 15 minutes.
- Pour the tea into a blender, I use Blend Active which I would highly recommend.
- Add two tablespoons of lime cordial.
- Then add 2 blocks of ice and three – four leaves of mint.
- Blend and then pour.
